Always Forging Forward

 In the previous installment, Early Innovations Drove Forging Forward, we highlighted various technologies in the development of the forging process, and in the early part of the 20^th Century—processes that shaped the industry during the early decades of the Forging Industry Association.

Forming, heating, and process control innovations accelerated significantly in the middle and later years of the century, starting with the manufacturing imperatives introduced by World War II and the Cold War.
